I created Ice Cream Man as a reminder that some pain doesn’t disappear just because we grow older. Sometimes, a part of us is still holding onto the things that hurt us, wishing someone had been there to make it all better.

Inspired by RAYE’s incredibly powerful song, this piece is about vulnerability, childhood, pain and the things we carry with us long after they’ve happened. 🤍
